As Sales Manager at Easilift Loading Systems, you bring these trusted solutions to the Midlands market and build lasting relationships with customers. You combine commercial drive with technical insight and know how to build trust through advice and long-term collaboration.
You make it happen
In this role, you strengthen existing customer relationships while opening new doors. You maintain connections within ongoing construction projects and engage early with architects, consultants and main contractors during the design phase (early stage sales). That’s where you ensure our loading equipment becomes part of the plan.
You listen, think strategically and provide technical guidance that helps customers make the right choices — delivering smart solutions that improve efficiency, safety and reliability in their logistics operations.
Your key responsibilities
🔹 Expand your network within construction and logistics, including contractors, architects and developers
🔹 Sell proven loading equipment solutions that optimise operations and reduce maintenance
🔹 Work on both existing and new construction projects, from the design stage through to completion
🔹 Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to successful implementation
🔹 Build and maintain long-term relationships at all decision-making levels
🔹 Identify market developments and translate them into commercial opportunities

Job requirements
What you bring
You’re commercially minded, technically confident and able to translate complex challenges into clear, practical solutions. You build partnerships based on insight, reliability and long-term value.
🔹 Relevant commercial experience and a network within the construction or technical sector, ideally working with main contractors, consultants and end clients
🔹 At least five years of experience in specification sales or similar complex sales within the construction industry, ideally dealing with main contractors, consultants and end clients
🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation skills at both operational and decision-making level
🔹 Ability to build lasting relationships in both established and developing markets
🔹 Proven success in solution selling within a technical environment
What we offer
🔹 Annual salary between £50,000 and £55,000
🔹 Uncapped performance-based bonus scheme
🔹 35-hour workweek
🔹 25 days of annual leave, including 3 days during Christmas, plus national holidays
